The way out of sorrow / bhajans live / recent YOU TUBE videos

The way out of sorrow

If your are unhappy you better check if one or all of these are lacking: Tapa (penance), Vairagya (dispassion) , Sharanagati (surrender).
• Tapas is agreeing with the moment, total acceptance of pleasant or unpleasant situations.
• Vairagya means I want nothing and I am nothing.
• Sharanagati is "I am here for You, for Your joy."

If you are grumbling then these are lacking, because when you accept the situation you cannot grumble; when you take it as Tapa you will not grumble; when you come from a state dispassion ("I don't want anything") you don't grumble; and if you are surrendered you will have no complaints.

All these three (Tapas, Vairagya and Sharanagati) purify your mind and uplift you in joy.

If you don't do it willingly you will do it in desperation. First you say, "Nothing can be done." Then in anger and desperation you say, "I give up, I want nothing, I have no choice, to hell with it!"

Attachments / Gita on mp3 / The Golder Wrapping

ATTACHMENTS*

Weekly Knowledge #43 Sydney 03 Apr 1996 Australia *

ATTACHMENTS
*

Attachments cause feverish breath and feverish breath takes away peace of
mind. Then you are in pieces and fall prey to misery. Before you get
scattered too much, gather yourself and rid your breath of the feverishness
through surrender and *sadhana.* Unfortunately most people do not notice
this until it is too late.

When someone is drowning in the ocean of attachments, surrender is the life
jacket they can put on and wait for the rescue team. Without fighting the
attachments, observe the feverish breath and go to the cool place of silence
within. Your first step in this direction is directing your attachment to
the Knowledge, to the Divine.
*

Your non-attachment to the mundane is your charm. Your attachment to the
Divine is your beauty.

Guruji was sitting at the airport in Perth, Western Australia when he asked
Joy what she did. She said, "I am an interior decorator." He said, "Oh, we
do the same job."

THE GOLDEN WRAPPING

Someone gave Guruji a gift wrapped in golden wrapping paper which
lead to.......... ......... ..

Guruji saying -

In the ancient scriptures, the Upanishads there is a prayer which goes 'Oh God, please unveil the golden package (and reveal the truth)'. Two things prevent you from knowing the truth - sorrow (In case of sorrow, you are not interested in knowing the truth) or charms and illusions of the world that keep you away from the Truth. It is neither craving for it nor being averse to it - simple recognition of the truth.

Most people are enchanted by the golden wrapping paper - they don't open it and thus remain unaware of the truth within. Then Guruji went about opening the gift and then said "The truth when revealed is not anything serious but it is fun!!!" and guess what was the gift a picture book of Lucy !!! (from the comedy series - I Love Lucy)

Ganesha Shlokas /

Ganesha shlokas

1. Shuklam Baradaram Vishnum, Shashi Varnam Chatur Bhujam,. Prasanna
Vadanam Dyayet, Sarva Vignopa Shantaye

We meditate on Lord Ganesha - who is clad in white (representing
purity), who is all pervading (present everywhere), whose complexion
is gray like that of ash (glowing with spiritual splendor), who has
four arms, who has bright countenance (depicting inner calm and
happiness) and who can destroy all obstacles (in our spiritual and
worldly path)

This is a prayer to the God Ganapathi who is supposed to remove all
obstacles on our way in performance of any rites

2. agajaanana padmaarkam gajananam aharnisham
anekhadantham bhaktaanam ekadantham upasmahe

I worship day and night that elephant faced Lord Ganesha who is like
sun to the lotus face of Mother Parvati. Giver of many boons, the
single tusked Ganesh, I salute Thee to give me a boon.

3. vakrathunda mahaa kaaya koti surya samaprabha
nirvignam kurume deva, sarva karyeshu sarvadha

The Lord with the curved trunk and a mighty body, who has the luster
of a million suns, I pray to thee Oh Lord, to remove the obstacles
from all the actions I intend to perform.

KS- Softness and Forcefulness /

Knowledge Sheet 149 - Softness and Forcefulness
Apr 15, 1998
Bad Antogast, Germany
Certain types of people are soft and their softness comes out of lack of courage and forcefulness. There is yet another type of softness in people and this softness comes out of maturity, magnanimity, and the knowledge of the Self.

The people who are soft out of lack of courage suffer a lot. And sometime or other they become volatile.

Similarly, there are two types of forcefulness in people - aggression or assertiveness. Some people are forceful in an aggressive manner out of weakness, lack of strength, or out of fear. Others are forceful out of care and love, out of compassion.

David: Aggressive control and aggressive support.

Guruji: So look into yourself and become aware of what type of softness and what type of forcefulness you have.

Art of Growing Up.

Art of growing up

The word "UP" has a vital role to play in our daily life and also in our
personality development.

1. Get up: Early in the morning with the determination to make most of your
day, useful and also meaningful.

2. Stand up: To your problems and difficulties. Face them and lick them.

3. Think up: Keep your thoughts high, clean, clear and truthful.

4. Brace up: Tighten your belt and keep moving forward even when the going
gets rough.

5. Climb up: The ladder of success reaches upward rung by rung, but you
have to/must do the climbing.

6. Stretch out your hand: Remember that he climbs highest, who helps
another up.

7. Measure up: Meet the challenge of the times by doing your full share for
the common good.

8. Bounce up: when you fell down. Every one falls and falls now and then;
quitters just lie there. Heroes have to bounce.

9. Live up: To the highest and best, the moral rules and spiritual
principles you know.

10. Look up: Consider and observe a tree, how it lifts its branches to the
sky. The only way to grow is to look up.

11. Hope up: You know it very well that, "Hope is life''. So never get
despair.

an experience with sri sri today on holi celebration in ashram...

an experience with sri sri today on holi celebration in ashram...

Sat Mar 22, 2008 5:53 am (PDT)

jaigurudev my friends and family...

i was out of my hospital and was releived much early
today by mere chance and was going back home..cause i
had so much pending work to do way back home, and i
got a call from my brother gaurav who said didi do
come to ashram if possi today cause its holi time with
guruji in ashram...initially like always i said no to
myself cause that would mean not being able to do a
lot of other work pending again today, but then i dont
know how ..i just changed my journey towards ashram
instead of home...

at ashram...

it was an evening full of colours ...chandan holi
water flower petals...of rose...smiling faces..one
worldfamily. ...life ...a continuous celebration. ..like
always that we all in the artofliving family ...have
learnt to perceive life as...come what may....

it was so fresh so vibrant so energetic so lively...

it was 'holi celebration' at yagya shala in ashram
with sri sri today evening...

as usual my steps just at the outskirts of the
ashram..made me forget the whole day chaos of work ...

it was time to enjoy relax and be in total bhakti and
presence of my master..after hard days work...

i was walking down the big road at the entrance of the
ashram ...and just thought once...oh guruji..i dont
wanna walk so much today...and u take me soon
inside...and a car stopped..and gave me lift...till
the ashram..inside. ..amazing ...i thought !!!!

well the yagya shala was getting fuller with people
joining in..slowly slowly... guruji had just
come..perhaps and was asking everyone..how is
everyone..he was seated on his seat..he looked as
fresh n smiling as ever like a baby's never ending
smile...

his bliss was flowing everwhere in those
surroundings. .and in me too...

i just went ahead and kept moving in..till i reached
the first row where everyone was seated down on the
sand..so misty n fragrant.... there were big flat
baskets of roses kept on stage in front of
guruji..guruji asked everyone to pluck the petals from
them...and collected them together again...

he said today we will play hi tech holi...and smiled
again...

he said holi is a festival of colours..and we should
wash ourselves off of all the past and play holi wih
fresh new colours...he said we should accept all the
colours of life and know that life is not "neeras" it
is full of "ras'..the juice ...he said this is the
message for the youth of tday on the day of holi...

and he played holi with chandan water and flower
petals ..he kept pouring the petals on all of us...as
and when he kept moving from the stage from one side
to another...

the spirits of the atmosphere were high
there was satsang going on with bhanu didi and
others..full swing satsang...and most of us were lost
along with guruji in the masti of satsang with we all
getting wet with the holy water being sprinkled on us
from above...as per the usual arrangement in yagya
shala...thats what guruji meant by hi tech
holi....water sprinkling on all of us from above ..in
the form of his blessings...

and we danced and danced and danced...full absorbed in
the great satsang with all fast bhajan like narayan
narayn jai jai govind hare..krishna govind govind
gopala...nand ke lala lala..nad ke lalala..oooo nand
ke lala ..nand ke lala...and many such lively
bhajans...also we sang rang barse bhige chunar waali
rang barse...and danced away...

i found the aura so much soaked in supreme
oneness...it was different, whatever it was..it was so
beautiful... i was so lost in dancing away ...so lost
in the guru bliss...in that deep oneness ...

some people from russia federation and a member of
parliament from russia had come to meet guruji and
they were so happy seeing all of us in that vibrant
atmosphere.. .they thanked india and all present here
to set an example that we all can unite in happiness
too and said that this is an example for them to carry
home...guruji also felicitated each of them with
garlands..and said this is your second home..

he also said that artofliving is being asked for
greatly in the countries outside india and people at
international level are so much into spirituality
meditations pranayams and yoga..we have to do lots of
work here in india towards this..he said we have to
revolutionize the spiritual movement in such a way
that a huge wave of this knowledge spreads all across
the world...to bring about total harmony and peace in
the world...

guruji said we all have to do lots of work together on
this path..

it was an amazing experience today..

guruji's smile was so deep and never ending

so many got cured of their aches and pains when the
expressed their physical suffering to guruji amidst
question and answer session...ya many got cured of
their pain..and guruji said jahan main hoon wahan dard
kahan?..( where i am there ..how can there be pain)

i did not carry anything in my hands today except my
mobile thanks to tarak bhaiyya in whose car i could
keep my heavy bag of books which i was carrying back
from the hospital... so i cannot really write down
exact word to word converstaion of all that guruji
answered frm the questions he was asked..

guruji called dinesh bhaiyya and swami pragyapadji on
stage and the following are some of the questions i
remember him answering...

Q guruji i love a girl but cannot express to her .
what to do?
A (LAUGHS) i dont know..you should ask this question
to experienced people out here who have expressed
multiple number of times to many people and be
prepared and go with a helmet on...(laughs again)..

Q guruji how to get out of this cycle of birth and
death?
A u are at the right place . just keep doing what you
are practicing here regularly..

Q guruji if i have just to meditate n be in bliss and
peaceful..then what is the use of all this studying
and doing business?
A guruji laughs...

Q guruji in silence no thought are coming in my mind..
i have become blank, how will i answer my mother when
she knows i did nothing in the advance course..
A guruji laughs

Q guruji can i become a swami or a rishi?
A guruji laughs..and says i will make u whatever u
want to become...and laughs again

Q guruji can two people connect to each other via
thoughts even if they are physically away?
A guruji said yes they can

Q guruji how do i know what is right or wrong for me?
A whatever u do if that makes u cry later know that is
wrong, and that makes u peacful and happy , know that
is right

Q guruji before my marriage i used to get along well
with my parents but not any more what to do?
A u should either go and convince them or just express
ur love to them and ignore all the negativities that
occur between u two... the love is already there but u
have to express it sometimes to them

Q guruji from childhood i was taught that i should
love everyone and help everyone.. but gradually as i
grew old i realised i am being used by everyone..what
to do..
A.. see u cannot be monotonous u have to be multi
faceted personality if u want to succeed.. if just on
past impression of some one using u , u wrong the
person next by thinking they are using you, then that
is not right..now will u like it if somethinks like
this about, based on their past impressions with
others?

Q guruji i am leo by birth sign and leo are born
leaders? but i just keep escaping and shying from
leadership?
A see if u are integrated, then the quality of
leadership comes in you effortlessly, so just be
natural..and dont make an effort to become a leader

Q guruji if you have attained spiritual dimension
1000th times more than me, then how come u say u and i
are one?
A at gross level we all may appear as different and
seperate beings, but at subtle level, we all are
connected in unity with each other, at subtle level,
know that i am a part of you and you a part of me

.....

there were many more questions with beautiful answers
given by our guruji in hindi and in kannada too...but
i really dont remember any more as of now...i am in
total fantastic state after a great evening with
guruji...so i prefer not to tax my brain /memory any
more

i have written all these too from my faint memory and
perception so please excuse any thing which is
perceived differently by others reading this and
present there too

i hope i am able to share the best of the experience i
and all of us ever had with our beloved master on the
divine occasion of holi...

and the satsang continued and ended with the spread of
that blissful happiness on everyones face as all of us
left yagya shala and ashram on our ways back home...

happy holi to each one of you out there

may god bless you

Sri Sri- Message-2-Corporates

Sri Sri- Message-2-Corporates

http://artofliving.org.hk/2008/03/20/srisri-message-to-corporates/

New age guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has some very practical advice for the
hurried and harried corporate.

He is the undoubted leader in stress management, time management and
internal happiness. Art of Living, the foundation he started over 20 years
ago, is today spread over more than 140 countries, teaching special
breathing techniques, Yoga and meditation. With a schedule that reads like
that of a corporate head honcho, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar still manages to
remain calm, happy and healthy. *CNBC-TV18 *caught up with the new age guru
to find out how he manages to hold onto his child-like smile despite
travelling 25 days a month.

*Q: What is the relevance of the Art of Living to the young corporate?*

A: It helps them to cope up with the pressures of the day. It helps one
mentally be happy and calm, peaceful. And physically, it makes them very
strong and healthy.

*Q: There are so many people who are followers of the Art of Living who are
celebrities in their own right. How does this entire process actually
happen?*

A: That which is useful to people, they will take it. Like today mobile
phones have become a common thing. Similarly a technology or an art, which
brings some soothing benefit for an individual, they go for it.

*Q: How does one adapt something to like the Sudharshan Kriya breathing
technique or the Art of Living? Given we have hectic schedules, we rarely
manage time for our families and friends.*

A: It is just like personal hygiene. Whatever work one has, however busy one
is, one takes time to brush their teeth. No body says that they have no time
to brush teeth. In the same way if you do Kriya and a little bit of or
Pranayam for 15-20 minutes, it brings so much alertness in you, it brings so
much energy in you. So your time becomes a good time, it becomes quality
time.

*Q: Anything else that you would like to tell your corporate followers to
keep in mind since they are battling very busy schedules, stress, deadlines,
family pressures? What can you actually advice them?*

A: Time-to-time get out of the steam and get into the team. Corporates
should also take social responsibility, otherwise you become so greedy and
when you become greedy, it kills the customer and it kills yourself too. So
we need to bring up human values in life. This lack of spiritual values is
causing violence and frustration or depression and suicidal tendency.

*Q: What is your advise to these corporates who seem to be mindlessly
following some mad rat race?*

A: When the shoe pinches, then you know that you have to get out of it. So
many people don't even feel that pinch. They live life till they get sick
and when they get sick then they start running around and try to find some
alternative. So a healthy lifestyle needs to be adopted before you get sick.
There is no end to greed and 24 hours it's there for everybody, whether it
is a peon in a bank or the Prime Minister of a country. Everyone complains
that there is no time. When you complain that there is no time, you are
simply underestimating your own capability. You can do so much more and you
can always accommodate a little more time in your life and that willingness
to stretch the time is what is creativity.

*Q: Give one message to those corporates out there?*
A: Underneath your corporate coat, you are a lovely human being. Don't
forget that. We should not forget human values in whatever role we play,
whether as a corporate or as someone in politics or in industry or in
business or in student life, underneath all the roles that we play, we are a
beautiful human being

knowledge sheets / Guruji in B. Ashram for holi.

Knowledge Sheet 148 - Tarka, Vitarka and Kutarka
Apr 09, 1998
Bangalore Ashram, India
To know yourself or to judge your actions you need to know Tarka, Vitarka and Kutarka.

Kutarka is wrong logic. Most people apply this logic and get caught up in ignorance. For example : The door is half open means the door is half closed. Therefore, the door is fully open means the door is fully closed!

Or: God is Love. Love is Blind. Therefore, God is Blind!!!

Tarka is sequential logical understanding; it increases scientific knowledge. When sequential logical understanding changes, then scientific conclusions change. For example: Pesticides and antibiotics were considered to be very useful in the past, and are now proven to be more harmful. In tarka, the paradigm changes.

Vitarka is asking questions to which there are no evident answers....Who am I? Where am I? What do I really want? These philosophically appealing questions bring forth spiritual knowledge, increase your awareness and bring about the blossoming of Consciousness, i.e., Atma Gyan increases.

The wise know to distinguish between the three. They will not apply kutarka or tarka for vitarka, and vitarka for tarka.

Jai Gurudev

Knowledge Sheet 147 - Impression and Expression
Apr 02, 1998
Calcutta, India

Do not make an effort to impress others, or to express yourself. Your effort to express yourself becomes an impediment. Your effort to impress someone also becomes futile. If you do not try to impress, expression comes naturally. When you come from the self, your expression is perfect and your impression lasts for ages.

Often you don't seem to have a control over your impressions and expressions. Wisdom is selecting your impressions and expressions. Enlightenment is when you do not take any impressions at all, whether good or bad. Then you "master" the art of expression. Many impressions in the mind cause:

- Confusion
- Distraction
- Chaos
- Lack of focus
- and finally, derangement of the mind.

Nature has inbuilt in us a system through which it releases some of the impressions - through dreams, and through meditation.

Excessive expression loses the depth and luster, the serenity of yourself. Meditation erases the impressions and improves the expression.

Jai Gurudev

The Cause of Return --> THE CAUSE OF RETURN

Most of us come into this world with the seed in us, "It's not OK". And all our life we try to correct events, people and situations. How much can you correct? It's like trying to rearrange the clouds in the sky. This seed does not allow you to be happy, to smile from your heart, to be loving and loveable. It's there all the time like a thorn - irritating, irritating.
This seed, "It's not OK," brings you back into this world again and again. How do you burn this seed?

First recognize that it is there. This can happen in deep introspection and meditation.

Sometimes you feel your body, mind, intellect, memory and ego are also not OK. You justify them or find fault with them. These are also part of the world. Acknowledge what you see as an imperfection and offer it to the Divine.

Have faith in the infinite organizing power of the Supreme Intelligence and have the sincere feeling, "Let thy will be done." Then the seed, "It's not OK," gets burned. "Thy will be done" is a state of total contentment, a state of just love.

We need not even make it a statement about the future. "Thy will alone is happening now."
Question : So everything happening is God's will?
Guruji : Yes, including the thought, "This shouldn't be happening."

BLISS

Bliss cannot be understood. It is extremely difficult to get into
bliss. After many lifetimes you get into bliss. It is even more
difficult to get out of bliss. All that you seek in your life is
bliss, that divine union with your source, and everything else in
the world distracts you from that goal. There are a zillion things
to distract you from that goal in so many ways. So many
unexplainable, incomprehensible ways of not coming home.

The mind is kept alive by cravings and aversions - shoulds or should
nots and wants. Only when the mind dies does the bliss dawn. Bliss
is the abode of all divinity, all devas. It is possible only in this
human body to comprehend, to uphold, and having had a human life and
having known this path, if you still do not realize this - you are
at the greatest loss. The cravings and aversions make your heart
hard. There is no use in being polite in your behavior. You can be
rude in your behavior but you cannot be rough in your heart. If you
are rude in your behavior, it is acceptable, but not if you are
rough in your heart. The world does not care how you are inside. It
only looks to your behavior. The Divine does not care how you are
outside – It only looks to your inside. Never let any tiny bit of
dislike or craving house in your heart. Let it be fresh, soft and
fragrant like a rose.

It is such an illusion – you dislike someone or something, and this
only makes you hard and your hardness takes a long time to soften,
to disappear. It is such a trap for keeping you away from the
treasure. Nothing in this material world can give you contentment.
An outer-looking mind seeking for contentment gets discontented and
the discontentment grows, and complaints and negativity start
hardening the brain, clouding the awareness (the aura), and forming
a huge cloud of negative energy. When the negativity reaches its
peak, like an overloaded balloon, it bursts and comes back to the
Divinity. You can never escape the Divine, the long route of
negativity, or the instantaneous positive approach. When the
Divinity dawns, in no time the shift happens from the untruth to
truth, from darkness to light, from the dull inert matter to the
sparkling spirit. When the heart is hard, there is no fun. You
cannot experience fun.

Pranam
I have launched the Bhagavad Gita blog site "Gita Dharshan
<http://sanatanapage s.wordpress. com/> "

This is the essence of the discussions already done in a "yahoo
discussion group <../../../.. /gita_dharshan> "

The blog posts will be done once in three days to enable you all to
comment. We are beginning from the first sloka onwards. We have plans
to add sanskrit fonts and Sound files attached for each sloka.

Presently we are starting from the dhyana slokas. These dhyana slokas
are an excellent way to invoke Gita , Vyasa and Sri Krishna. All who
want to learn Gita systematically can make use of this blog site. Please
bookmark this page and check the periodically for new sloka postings.

But, if you are the serious one who is interested in detailed
discussions, I suggest you become a member in our "yahoo discussion
group <../../../.. /gita_dharshan> ".(350 members)

Both the sites offer Sanskrit fonts, transliteration, word level
analysis of slokas and a purport. This is followed by a discussion.

EYE OPENER - READ IT

One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big advice on
the door on which it was written:
'Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company
passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been
prepared in the gym'.

In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues,
but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man
who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself.

The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up.
Everyone thought: 'Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at
least he died!'.

One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they
looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood nearby the
coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part
of their soul.

There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could
see himself.
There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:

'There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU.'

You are the only person who can revolutionize your life.
You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success.
You are the only person who can help yourself.

Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change,
when your parents change, when your partner changes, when your company
changes. Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting
beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life.

'The most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself'

Examine yourself, watch yourself. Don't be afraid of difficulties,
impossibilities and losses: be a winner, build yourself and your reality.
It's the way you face Life that makes the difference.

Knowledge Sheet 145 - Dreams

Knowledge Sheet 145 - Dreams
Mar 26, 1998
Lake Side, Chandigarh, India

When something is unbelievably beautiful or joyful, you wonder whether it is a dream. Often, what you perceive as reality is not joyful and so when misery is there, you never wonder if it is a dream. You are sure it is real. This is knowing the real as unreal and unreal as real. In fact, all the miseries are unreal. A wise man knows that happiness is real, as it is one's very nature. Unhappiness is unreal as it is inflicted by memory. When you see everything as a dream, then you abide in your true nature.

Payal asks : "What about a nightmare?"

Sri Sri : A nightmare is a dream mistaken as reality. There is no confusion in a dream at all. Keep wondering whether all this is a dream and you'll wake up to the real.

THE SPEAKING TREE

Act Without Expectation: It Relaxes & Rewards

Discourse: Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

It's often believed that if people become spiritual and dispassionate about the outcome of their actions, they will stagnate; there will be no progress.
In fact, the opposite is true. Creativity and enthusiasm can spring only when you are well rested; and you cannot rest if you are anxious about the outcome of your actions.
When we perform every action with an eye on the end result, we get lost in the end and don't enjoy the means of getting to the end. But when we perform some actions as an expression of joy and do not bother about the result, the action itself brings fulfilment.
When we act expecting joy, the action becomes inferior. For example, you want to spread happiness, but if you try to find out whether the other person has become happy, you get entangled in a vicious circle. In the process, you lose your happiness.
Anxiety about the outcome of your action is what pulls you down. At the beginning of a project if you start worrying, then your whole enthusiasm for the project gets dampened. When you are aware of your potential, just jump into action without bothering about the result.
When you are in doubt, any activity you do will bring more doubts. When you have a choice, the grass on the other side will look greener and this prevents you from enjoying what you have in your hand. When you are bothered by a choice, relax.
The choice is never between good and bad; it's always between bad and worse or good and better. Choices bring conflict and there is freedom in 'choicelessness'.
How can you be centred when there is conflict? There is a Chinese saying that when you are in doubt, take a pillow and go to bed.
In Narada Bhakti Sutras, Narada says, "Karmanyapi Sanyasyati". Take a break, not just from activity, but also from the fruit of the activity. It will bring deep rest from doubts and conflicts. One who is not concerned about the outcome and is centred on the action, goes beyond dualities, beyond conflicts.
The wise one is beyond all actions. Yet he continues to engage himself in action. You can only let go of what you have. So to let go of the fruit of action, you need to have the fruit and to have the fruit, you need to act!
This is so beautiful. If you have never acted, then how can you drop either the action or the fruit of action. So be active.
Keep doing your work, and drop the fruit of action. The fruit of action is there as the motivation for you to start acting. Krishna used the fruit of action to motivate Arjuna to fight. He told Arjuna that if you die in battle, you will attain heaven and if you win, you will rule the world. Jesus did the same.
When you are bogged down by laziness, you need motivation to do something and the expected fruit of action acts as the motivating factor. But once you start acting, let go of the expected result. Just focus on the work on hand. This is the way of the wise!
